What Payments are Accepted?
We currently accept payment by cash or e-transfer. All e-transfer instructions will be attached on your invoice.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We require 24 hours notice before cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee attached on your next invoice.
How is the Pricing for Cleaning Packages Determined?
Our pricing is tailored to each home and is based on several key factors:
Square Footage: The total area of your home helps determine the scope of the cleaning required.
Number of Bedrooms and Bathrooms: More rooms generally require more time and resources to clean thoroughly.
Condition of the Home: Homes that need extra attention, such as deep cleaning or spaces that haven't been cleaned in a while, may affect the overall cost.
What Does Your Satisfaction Guarantee Mean?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to the home to address your concerns.
Limitations of Services
For the safety of our team and the integrity of our service, we do not handle the following:
Biohazards: This includes any material that poses a risk to health, such as blood, bodily fluids, or hazardous waste.
High-Reach Areas: We do not perform tasks that require the use of large ladders or access to areas that are difficult to reach without specialized equipment.
Dangerous Conditions: Any task that involves hazardous conditions, including cleaning in unsafe environments or handling materials that could cause harm.
